At By Your Side Home Care, we understand the importance of having a work/life balance. We provide client referrals to match your skills and experience in the location and time you desire at an above-average pay rate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on skills, experience, and client needs)
Where: Lancaster and York Counties
Shifts are available for days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and live-in. Short shifts of 2-3 hours and longer shifts of 4-12 hours.
- Ability to allow individuals to contribute and be involved in the planning of their own care needs.
- Have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Complete a criminal background check, driver’s check, and drug test.
- A 2-step PPD test will need to be completed.
- Pass a direct care worker competency evaluation.
- Most importantly, have a caring and compassionate heart with the desire to make a difference in the lives of our seniors in the community.
