Caregiver Application

Thank you for your interest in joining our caregiver community. Our application and screening process is designed to ensure that caregivers are well-prepared and meet the requirements needed to provide safe, high-quality care.
To get started, please complete the steps outlined below:

• Take the Competency Quiz
   Begin by completing a short caregiver competency quiz. This step helps assess your foundational knowledge and readiness. The quiz can be accessed here: Competency Quiz . The competency quiz is not required if you hold a current CNA certification. 

• Submit Your Application
  After completing the quiz, return to this page to fill out and submit your caregiver application.

• Interview
  Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview to discuss their caregiving experience, skills, and availability.

• Background Check
  All caregivers must pass a background screening to ensure the safety of the families we serve.

• TB Test
  Documentation of a current tuberculosis (TB) test is required.

• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency
  Applicants must provide documentation showing at least two (2) years of Pennsylvania residency.
